By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Who We Are

Muscle LAB is a sole-trader apparel brand based in Porto, Portugal. References to "we", "us", or "Muscle LAB" in these terms refer to the brand operator. Contact: hi@wearmusclelab.com

2. Products

All products are made in limited quantities in Porto. Garment dimensions, colours, and materials are described on each product page. Minor variations in colour between screen and physical product may occur due to monitor calibration. This does not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) inclusive of VAT where applicable. We validate prices server-side - in the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. We do not store card data.

4. Shipping

• Orders are dispatched from Porto, Portugal, typically within 5–7 working days.
• Shipping times vary by destination. Standard EU delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Tracking information is sent to your email when your order ships.
• Customs fees for orders outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• To initiate a return, contact us at hi@wearmusclelab.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - graphics, photography, copy, garment designs, and the Muscle LAB identity - is the property of Muscle LAB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

8. Wholesale

Wholesale orders are governed by a separate wholesale agreement. Contact us to enquire: hi@wearmusclelab.com

9. Ambassador Programme

Ambassador codes are personal and non-transferable. Abuse of the ambassador system - including sharing codes publicly or generating fraudulent commissions - will result in termination of the ambassador relationship without payment of outstanding commissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muscle LAB's liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal, without prejudice to your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
